Launching Chase UK
A brand new bank, Chase UK, launched in September 2021 and I was brought in to craft the complete web experience for this.
Checkout redesign
The Argos checkout needed to be re-platformed onto a new tech stack and we were given the opportunity to improve the overall user experience, make it fully responsive & update the design to be consistent with the rest of the site.
Customer care redesign
This project was intended to redesign the customer care section for the ASOS customer but fundamentally needed to reduce contacts into Customer Care while still giving all the answers to customers problems & increasing NPS and CSAT measures.
Loyalty & GDPR
The purpose of this project was to re-consent just over 600k of customers classified as ‘engaged’ to the loyalty programme. The ASOS A-List team required help to work out the new sign up journey, create a re-consent processes and help on how to convey this information to the user.
My account redesign
My account is an area of ASOS where users can log in, view & amend details and track their orders. There was a desire to improve the overall experience, align and updated the design and reduce calls into customer care.
